For our Next Working day service, all orders must be placed by 4.30pm Monday
to Thursday and before 3.30pm on a Friday. Please note the delivery will be made
on the Next Business Working day only, this excludes Bank Holidays.
Some of our products are Special Orders, which come direct from our
suppliers. Please contact us if you require any further information regarding
delivery times etc.
This service is only available to customers in England and Wales. Unfortunately, our couriers are unable to deliver to customers in
Scotland on a Next Day Service Before 9am. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Who are our carriers?
Over 90% of orders are despatched by Parcel force, the remaining lighter
parcels (under 1KG) will be sent by Royal Mail. Standard UK Mainland delivery is
approximately 1 - 3 Working days. However, please allow a maximum of up to 14
Working days.
Some of our larger items have to be sent on a pallet - these are sent by
Palletways. Please call us for delivery lead-times on 0870 428 0958.

We offer each of our customers the option of having there goods placed on a
Next Working day delivery, this excludes Bank Holidays and weekend periods. The
current charge for this service is £5.95. The service is trackable and you are
able to obtain further details by following the details below.
How do I track my parcel?
In order to keep track on the status of your goods, please log onto
www.parcelforce.co.uk and use the
consignment number that is sent to your via email, when the goods are despatched
from our warehouse.

We unfortunately are unable to guarantee delivery services, as we rely on a
third party (our carrier), however, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on
time.
All deliveries are supplied with an invoice detailing all prices and
products. Should you loose this, please log
into your account online and print another copy.
